Research Projects

MiM - Mysterious Island Museum

This research project is about making an educational game that is curriculum based and incorporates as many principles of learning as possible, but also incorporates as many game design concepts and principles as possible. In other words, make a game that is educational and fun. I am particularly interested in using characters and stories in games as a way to make them more fun.

MEVs4Every1 - Modular Electric Vehicles for Everyone

Changing from traditional car making to making modular electric cars could greatly increase innovation by reducing barriers to entry for car making, decreasing time to market for new technologies. Increased innovation could, in turn, address sustainability issues related to traditional car making, including issues related to climate change and dependence on fossil fuels.
